As part of a larger development, the express center consists of a reception area, offices, storage spaces and vehicle servicing lanes.

The client's aim was the renovation of the existing building exterior, and the complete redesign of the internal layout to incorporate additional elements, and streamline the car service process whilst incorporating additional services. Additionally, the redesign provides an improved customer experience by separating the reception area from the servicing bays using a curtain wall, whilst linking the service bays to the storage facility.
